My dog, El Cid The Doberman, loves the dog park. he tries to get there at least once a week to meet up with his buddies and catch up on things.
Brady’s Run Dog Park has parking right in front of the fenced aeea. It is divided into two sides, one for large dogs, and one for small dogs and puppies. The first thing Cid does when we ge there is the usual meet and greet, sniff and whiff. When a new dog comes in, all the other dogs run up to meet and investigate.
We’ve never seen an agressive dog there or any kind of issue. The area is kept poop free, and there is a water fountain for the dogs. There is also a creek right outside the dog park Cid likes to run through but need to keep him leashed there.

The owners are very nice, and I see the “regulars” there, in a lawn chaiirs enjoying the nice afternoon. El Cid is very happy to be able to socialize with all the dogs. It’s the best on nice suuny days, and after the dog park I can take Cid (leashed) on the fitnss trails and the mile circle.
The dog park area is for dogs, I wouldn’t plan a picnic there, but it’s a perfect place to take your dog for some fun and socializing.
Also, just one thing, and this isn’t in the dog park itself, but if you take your dog out into the wooded trails, make sure you check your dog for ticks. I found a couple on Cid, and I was abel to correlate them to our walks in the woods there. I don’t think it’s specific to that park, you should check your dog anyway.
